1.- “COMERCIALIZADORA SASA DE TAMAULIPAS S. R. L. M. I.” (hereinafter the use of words as “We,” “Us,” or “MEZCAL INCONDICIONAL”, refer to this entity) is a Limited Liability Company Microindustrial constituted in accordance with mexican law, captured in the System for Authorization of use of Name or Social Reason with the UNIQUE KEY OF the DOCUMENT (CUD): A201808011843154714 in date 2 August 2018, held before the ministry of Economy and was registered in the National Register Microindustrial in the Direction of Permissions 27th Article of the constitution 2a with the OBJECT: Production, processing, packaging, distribution and marketing of mezcal at national and international level, in addition to the purchase and sale of supplies and raw material of the industry of the agave and its derivatives.

2.- MEZCAL INCONDICIONAL has its registered office at Avenida Francisco I. Madero number 214, Zone Center, in Victoria, Tamaulipas C. P. 87000, the contact email is [email protected], your Federal Taxpayer Registration is CST180810269.

3.- MEZCAL INCONDICIONAL operates the web site https://mezcalincondicional.com/ (hereinafter the “website”), and when visiting it you agree to these “Terms and Conditions” of the service, including any subsequent amendments and any policy that is expressed in this document.

4.- The “Terms and Conditions” of the “site” are applied to all users, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content (hereinafter, the “Users”).

5.- MEZCAL INCONDICIONAL reserves the right to allow the use of the website to any person without the need of express reason or reasons.

2.- In case of not being able to reach an amicable agreement between the User and MEZCAL INCONDICIONAL, Users waive clear and strictly to the jurisdiction that the law gives them, and expressly point out as a competent courts of the jurisdiction of the First Judicial District of the State of Tamaulipas.

3.- The Users agrees that the applicable law shall be the Code of Commerce, the Federal Civil Code and, in general, any applicable mexican law.
